Construction is well underway on the new Encompass development, Tranquility Cove. An array of heavy equipment has been mobilized on site in this phase such as cranes, dump trucks and a Bobcat.
The current on ongoing works are as follows:

- Steelwork
- Plumbing Rough-ins
- Rendering Walls
- Installing Drywall
- Interior Framing
- Installed Elevator
- Installed Air Handler Units
