Living Kauri trees are protected and amongst the largest and oldest growing trees in the world and the unique Kauri Tasman tile flooring we fell in love with and specially selected for Sun Serenity’s main level is inspired by this rare and exotic wood. However, one of the most important features that we incorporated into Sun Serenity is the amount of covered/shaded pool area so that you can enjoy a full day on the beach and in the pool and yet still be able to escape the hottest parts of the day while still feeling connected to the water.
