This was a comprehensive remodel that consisted of an overhaul of the entire unit.
The scope of work:
- Complete demo of kitchen, bedrooms and hallway
- Install all new framing and drywall for all new bedrooms and bathrooms
- Re-design of the master bedroom with new walk in closet with barn doors
- Renovated the entire master bath with new cabinets and modern plumbing fixtures
- Added full height glass enclosures for the master shower
- Converted the master shower into a steam shower with new tiles
- Demo entire existing kitchen and redesign the new kitchen to be more contemporary with new countertops
- Relocated the laundry room
- Installed new custom closet systems for all the bedrooms
- Install new plumbing fixtures in the kitchen
- Added LED recessed lights throughout the entire Unit
- Install new Sonos systems throughout the unit
- Build and install bedroom furniture
- Designed and built new wine storage with glass double doors
- Replaced existing appliances with new high end appliance package for the kitchen
- Install new baseboard throughout the entire unit
- Install all new MEP for kitchen
- Install new ceiling fans and light fixtures in all bedrooms & baths
