Encompass Ltd. was engaged to conduct a remodel on a dark and dated space that had been being utilized as a long term rental for many years on Cayman’s famed Spotts Beach. Team Encompass performed a dramatic overhaul, taking it forward from a drab, dreary, unremarkable two bedroom rental and converting it into a light-infused, cheerful and inviting family island home.

- New interior and exterior doors
We bought a rundown condo on the most beautiful beach and the saying location, location, location... is absolutely the truth. Thankfully, we met Eric and Tracey Kline from Encompass. Not only did Encompass make my renovation dream come true, they are FABULOUS to work with. From the Design Team, to the Project Manager, to the amazing crew, we had constant communication, including extensive photos.. WE never saw this unit in person and all the renovation was done via pictures and email from afar. When we walked into the condo for the first time after the renovation I was overwhelmed with excitement. The condo looked amazing in photos but, in person it was STUNNING!
