This was a comprehensive remodel that consisted of an overhaul of the entire unit. The scope of work:
- Paint the entire Unit
- Install new QMotion automated shade for all windows and doors
- Relocate TV / Data in the bedrooms
- Install new Ice maker in the Kitchen
- Install more modern backsplash to improve the Kitchen
- Install all new light fixtures in the living, dining and bedrooms
- Assemble new patio furniture on balcony
- Complete remodel of kitchen cabinetry including new cabinet hardware
