Emilio learned the building construction business at a very early age from his grandfather and from there, branched out to work on his own. In 1994 he worked as a freelance handyman (jack of all trades). Five years later in 1999 he opened a very successful company, “Universal Drywall” in Florida focusing on wood and metal rough framing, drywall, stucco and painting of new apartment complexes and hotels. By 2008, Emilio decided to concentrate on hotel remodeling and renovations; developing a reputation as a quality superintendent and establishing great business relationships based upon trust, service and a track record of successfully completed projects.
