It’s summer break time for the kids, so here at Encompass we thought it was an ideal time to invite our youngest “employee” to join our weekly team meeting and team-building exercise at the Encompass HQ. Team-building activities can be a powerful way to unite a group, develop strengths, and address weaknesses, and this makes for a perfect opportunity for this young entrepreneur-to-be to see how our incredibly talented group (including his dad!) work together as a team.
