Encompass Ltd. was tasked to complete a remodel of a very challenging space that had been neglected for over a decade but was spectacularly perched directly oceanfront on one of Cayman’s most coveted and beloved beaches. Tasked to convert it from a dated studio style loft with a death trap of a spiral stair, the Encompass Renovation Team set to work by completely re-imagining the space into a light, modern, showplace of a vacation rental.
